What file types can I upload to the designer?
PNG, JPG, SVG, and PDF. For best print quality, upload at 300 DPI or use vector files (SVG/PDF). If your file is low-res, our art team will reach out before we print.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No minimum. Order a single shirt or a thousand. Bulk discounts kick in automatically at 6 pieces and get steeper at 12, 25, 50, and 100+.
How long until my custom order ships?
Most orders ship in 5–7 business days from when you approve your proof. Rush production (2–3 days) is available at checkout for orders under 25 pieces.
I don’t have a design — can you make one?
Absolutely. Use the form above and pick “Free design help / mockup request”. Describe what you’re after, attach any reference images, and we’ll send back 2–3 mockups within 24 hours. Free, no commitment.
Do you do team uniforms / group orders?
Yes — we love group projects. For 25+ pieces, email bulk@makemeashirt.com and we’ll set up a dedicated link where each person can pick their size and the order rolls up to one invoice.
What’s the print method? Will it last?
We use direct-to-garment (DTG) for full-color designs under 12 pieces and screen printing for larger runs. Both are wash-tested for 50+ cycles. Wash inside-out in cold for best longevity.
What if I don’t love it?
Our “you’ll love it” guarantee: if your order isn’t right, message us within 30 days. We’ll reprint it or refund you. No drama, no fine print.
